TD7 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using the TD7 Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the TD7 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of TD7 regardless of how they access the platform – whether via a mobile browser, the TD7 app, or any other means.

TD7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of TD7 following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside TD7's Privacy Policy and any specific rules published on the Promotions page, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and TD7.

2. Eligibility

To register and use TD7 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You must not be excluded from gaming platforms through any self-exclusion or restriction you have previously set.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when creating or using an account.

TD7 does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform. If it is discovered that an account has been created by a person under the age of 18, that account will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use appropriate parental control tools to prevent underage access to online gaming platforms.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may only hold one TD7 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details – is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. This means:

• Not sharing your password with any other person.
• Not allowing another person to access your account.
• Using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.

TD7 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact TD7 support immediately.

4. Deposits

TD7 accepts deposits in PKR only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time – visit the Deposit page for the current list of available options.

All deposits are credited to your TD7 account in PKR at the amount received. There are no hidden conversion fees applied by TD7, though your payment provider may apply their own charges depending on the method used. TD7 does not control third-party payment processing fees.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per transaction and per method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to you personally.
• TD7 does not accept deposits from third parties, joint accounts where you are not the sole holder, or any anonymous payment source.
• If a deposit is made from an account not belonging to you, TD7 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, and always to an account in your own name.

• Withdrawals are paid in PKR only.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction. Current limits are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• TD7 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard procedure and is not indicative of any problem with your account.
• Withdrawals to accounts not matching your registered TD7 account details will not be processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

TD7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are published on the Promotions page alongside each offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only unless the promotion specifies that they apply to the deposit amount plus the bonus.
• Different games may contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; other game types may contribute less or not at all – check the individual promotion terms.
• TD7 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player if there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, or use of systems designed to guarantee profit from bonus offers.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from the account.

TD7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any misuse of bonus offers will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on TD7 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager. TD7 will not accept requests to void or change a wager after it has been placed and confirmed.

For sports betting, the following additional rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered, TD7's sports rules will determine how affected bets are settled. These rules are available in the FAQ section.
• Maximum win limits may apply to sports bets. These are displayed in the betslip before confirmation.
• TD7 reserves the right to limit the stake accepted from any player on any market at its discretion.

For casino and game lobby titles, all games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game providers. TD7 does not influence game outcomes. Return to player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are independently verified.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's published rules. TD7 cannot override individual game results.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TD7. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one TD7 account under any name or contact details.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any organised attempt to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Use of bots or automation: Using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or display glitches to place advantageous wagers. Any winnings resulting from known errors will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using TD7 for any form of money laundering or financial crime. TD7 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in such matters.

TD7 employs monitoring tools to detect unusual patterns of play and suspicious account activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals placed on hold until the investigation is complete.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

TD7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of unauthorised payment methods.
• Chargeback requests made against TD7 by the player's payment provider.
• Player request for self-exclusion under TD7's responsible gaming tools.

If you wish to close your TD7 account voluntarily, contact the support team. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

Accounts closed due to a breach of these terms will not have their balance returned. TD7's decision in such matters is final.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the TD7 platform – including but not limited to graphics, logos, page layouts, text, game interfaces, and software – is the intellectual property of TD7 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the TD7 platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on TD7 content.
• Use TD7 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of TD7's intellectual property may result in legal action. Game content displayed within the TD7 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers.

11. Privacy & Data

TD7 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on TD7 you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and improve the TD7 platform experience. TD7 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors and game providers only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you use on TD7.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting TD7 support. Please note that certain data must be retained for legal and regulatory purposes even after account closure.

12. Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TD7 will not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or delayed transactions.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from use of TD7.

Nothing in these terms limits TD7's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

TD7 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes that significantly affect how you use TD7, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players.

Your continued use of TD7 after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should stop using TD7 and contact support to arrange account closure.
